  3. I see during your flat tyre episode your blatant disregard for Health and Safety as well as disregard for the Highway Code. No warning triangle, no cones and no flares warning other users that a couple of dimwits were blocking the road. A full report on this shabbiness is on its way to Juan Manuel Belgrano, Head of the Road Traffic Department (Enforcement on Gringos Dept.) who will be tracking you down shortly. I hope his brand of retribution for your callous disregard for thier rules will be swift and merciless. No, I won't be sending bail money. I have never seen you before in my life.
