Ok I like the GF2, and I like it a lot.

What I like about the GF2 is that t doesn't look like much of a camera. In fact, i think the designers at Panasonic went out of their way to give it the appearance of a cheapo from Argos. This is exactly the impression you want to give when you're on the road. Must buy the black model, mind. In contrast the Sony Nex-5 is just screaming to be mugged.

The appearance is deceiving though, because this bad boy has everything you want for the epic journey. Huge wide angles from the 14mm pancake lens, incredible definition and detail, an interchangeable zoom lens, full HD movie camera, and a touch screen that is almost as easy to operate as an iPhone. I've also been told that the Lumix lens, for all intents and purposes, is exactly the same as a Leica lens. And lenses don't come better than Leica's. Here's the proof.
